Got banned on Pure with no explanation? Pure genuinely doesn't state the reason — not in the app, not by email. But your first actions determine how hard it will be to get access back.

I want to get back into PureFirst, understand what happened
A "ban" in Pure is either an account freeze (the account is under moderation review, access temporarily suspended) or a permanent ban (a final, permanent block). Sometimes the block is issued immediately; sometimes it follows a freeze. Both states are covered in detail in the Pure ban guide.
Step-by-step plan
- Don't attempt a blind bypass. Factory resetting your phone, changing your email, and turning on a VPN at random usually make things worse: Pure relies on the device fingerprint, and every failed attempt gives the system more data about you.
- Don't log back in from the same device until you've decided how to proceed.
- Decide how to recover access — on your own, or through OnlyLike unban if you don't have time to figure it out yourself.
Why tips from forums don't help
Most "how to unban Pure" instructions online are outdated or never worked: "factory reset your phone" doesn't erase hardware identifiers, "change your SIM" is pointless, "turn on a VPN" only changes your IP. Pure bans work differently — why exactly, and what to do instead, is covered in the article how to get access to Pure back after a block.
What to know upfront
Even after a successful unban, past matches and chats won't come back — Pure deletes them during a block. And to avoid getting banned again, keep in mind the rules for safe behavior on Pure.
