When you're blocked without explanation, you want to know why. Pure doesn't reveal the official reason, but you can narrow down the possibilities.

In the block notification, Pure lists only general grounds — no specifics tied to your case: violation of rules, fraud, impersonation, commercial use, multiple accounts, third-party tools, prohibited content.
How Pure detects violations
The system continuously analyzes profile photos and conversations for suspicious activity. A public profile photo is easier to flag than private messages — everyone sees it. Private conversations, on the other hand, are reviewed manually by moderation during an account freeze, when the account is under review.
Banned immediately vs. frozen first
If the block came instantly, without a review — it's more likely an automated decision (for example, triggered by a photo). If there was a freeze first — the account was reviewed manually. This doesn't change what to do next, but it helps understand the logic.
Is it a ban or a deleted account
Sometimes users mistake a technical error or self-deleted account for a ban. If you can't log in but haven't received a block notification, rule those out first. What to do next — banned on Pure: what to do; the full picture is in the Pure ban guide.
